Dmytro Surkov - Historical reenactment

For more than 30 years, the last Sunday of February in the old town of Taggia, concludes the feast of St. Benedict, with a great display of historical commemoration. Celebrations "San Benedetto" is a historical re-enactment the most important in Liguria region of Italy. The districts of Taggia set in some areas most characteristic historical paintings, that show us moments of life, that was lived in seventeenth century. The incidents depicted are inspired by the events actually took place, drawn from the documents kept in the historical archives. (Province of Imperia, Italy)
